I came into Peter Tan Organization (PTO®) because of this sentence that a good friend told me:

and you are in the best organisation, Peter Tan Organization (PTO®) - how can you not succeed!!!!
This was told to me after I had seen the impressive structure and working
system of the organisation for about 2 weeks. It came in at the right time
as I was looking for the final assurance to step into this industry again.
I had my insurance license when I was 21 years old close to 5 years ago. I
had joined another agency previously and left within 1 month. Coming in
again requires quite an amount of courage and confidence from myself as I
was too afraid of failure again. I told myself, this will be my last
chance. Hence, I really needed a lot of assurance on what is the kind of
support I will be receiving should I join Peter Tan Organization (PTO®). What is there about Peter Tan Organization (PTO®)that is different?
To me, the main difference initially is the size and the pride that
everyone has in the organisation? I first felt that Peter Tan Organization (PTO®)is really big! I never imagine that insurance agency can have so many agents as my previous had less than 10 agents and I thought it was impressive enough. Peter Tan Organization (PTO®)is more than 10 times bigger!! I was impressed. In addition, I did enjoy the feeling of telling my clients or friends that " I am in the top organisation, Peter Tan Organization (PTO®)".
The organisation forms the basic assurance that I am given system support,
next is my manager - Darren Tan. The second assurance the award that Darren
got few years back which impressed me. It made me feel proud that under his
guidance, I can make it too.
The final assurance came from Norman - my friend and my current mentor. I
saw the changes in Norman. He is now a much more responsible and matured
person than before. I see that he really sees this as his career and his
future. His life had improved and his relationship with his mum had
improved tremendously too. He starts to care about people around him now
and how to work towards bringing a better life for his mum. Hence, he made
me understand that this envirnment not only improve his life financially
and also improve his well being. Peter Tan Organization (PTO®)had changed him from who he is before
for the better.
Therefore, I believe that my life can improved financially and
"spiritually" (though I am not a Christian but somehow feel that this is
